COVID related delays

If your order has shipped but the tracking info has not updated, please be patient, as USPS has been experiencing delays in shipment processing during the pandemic. In some cases, items may take up to 2 weeks longer than normal to deliver. Once a package has been handed off to USPS for delivery, further updates are out of our control. If you received the wrong size/color/product or damaged product and want to a refund or to exchange it for another size/color/product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. Product must be unworn and unwashed for an exchange or refund.

Follow the below steps to process a return or exchange:
  1. Email boxnburn@merchcamp.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the goods. For all other situations, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  3. Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.
  4. Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier. 
How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase. We will process the refund as soon as your returned items are received. The funds can take up to 5 business days to credit back to your account.

Shipping Policy

Most all orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Select items from the store are made to order and can take up to 10 days to ship. Items with extended lead times will be indicated on the product page.
We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail, where you can track your goods easily online. An email will be sent to you containing the tracking number once your order has shipped.

Domestic (within the US) orders are usually delivered with 5 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.

International (outside the US) orders can often take 7 - 28 days to be delivered, depending on your country. We appreciate your patience!

All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Payments of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by any payments made on this site. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
